Techniques for recreational players (Newaza)

For newaza, I've also divided it into three phases, for easier, harder and hardest.

For the first phase, I'd teach:

Lapel Roll
Arm Trap Roll
Gyaku-Juji-Jime
Okuri-Eri-Jime

For the second phase, it'd be:

Koshi-Jime
Hikkomi-Gaeshi
Between Legs Sankaku
Between Legs Juji-Gatame

For the third phase, they'd learn:

Japanese Roll (there's no formal name for this but it's a roll popular amongst Japanese players)
Kataha-Jime
Neil Adams Juji-Gatame
Yoko-Sankaku
