As mentioned in my first blog posting, I have taught some players over the years (though not in a formal setting). Two of them recently gave some nice testimonials about my teaching style.
One is from Jien who trained at Bangsar Judo Club many years ago. This is what he said:
The other is Brian whom I trained with at University of Texas in Austin. That was a really long time ago. But he still remembers the training.
It's gratifying knowing you managed to help some people with their judo and that the teaching was something positive that they still remember after all these years. Hopefully with the new club, I'll be able to teach many more people and help them with their judo.
