When you're going about with your everyday life, it's hard to take time off to think about change and new offerings. You are too busy dealing with everyday life.
Well, everyday life was disrupted by the government lock-down, giving all of a us a little bit more time to do some thinking and planning.
I've been doing just that and when the club re-opens I plan to introduce a few new classes that will enhance and complement our existing classes.
Here's what I'm thinking (not set in stone):
Weekly Schedule
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Competition Training (Newaza)
Wednesday: Wrestling/Judo Randori
Thursday: Competition Training (Tachi-Waza)
Friday: Circuit Training/Judo Randori
Saturday: Grading Training/Judo Randori
Sunday: Family Judo/Competition Training
There's also been some interest in self-defence applications of judo. This is something we can consider for the near future. We can slot it in for one of the days, probably Wednesday.
